I have loved Dru yoga sessions with Nicky. She has a soothing, flowing way of teaching which perfectly engages me. I actually relax, which is unusual for me. I love it!
I enjoyed each session attended with Nicky and the overall benefits have assisted me to physically strengthen my body and enhance my mind emotionally. Dru Yoga gave me some tools to use into my daily life to help cope with challenging situations and the related stress. A completely flowing and relaxing experience.
Nicky was very professional and easy to follow. I thoroughly enjoyed her Dru Yoga classes as I was a first time Dru Yoga person. Cannot wait to attend more of Nicky's classes in 2019.
