I believe we can all cultivate more equanimity in our daily lives through mind body practices such as yoga and meditation. The aim of my yoga classes remains simple, to help relieve the stresses, pressures and anxiety of every day living. The style of yoga I offer is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set in ancient yogic tradition it works on all layers of your being – body, mind and spirit. My classes aim to leave you with a heightened feel of positivity, deeply relaxed with a sense of rejuvenation.
There are many different types of yoga and many people appreciate my yoga classes because anyone can do it, regardless of age, body shape or ability. You don’t have to be flexible to practice the style of yoga I teach. I offer modifications, options and stages making it a very safe and accessible form of yoga. I will empower you take your own journey as I guide you through a process of self inquiry that will support and assist you to explore the deep layers of your being.
