Subtle, slow and mindful movement practices that help you navigate the highs and lows of life.

I believe we can all cultivate more equanimity in our daily lives through mind body practices such as yoga and meditation. The aim of my yoga and meditation classes remains simple, to help relieve the stresses, pressures and anxiety of every day living. The style of yoga I offer is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, breath work and visualisation. With its foundations set in ancient yogic tradition it works on all layers of your being – body, mind and spirit. My classes aim to leave you feeling positive, deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

There are many different types of yoga and many people appreciate my yoga classes because anyone can do it, regardless of age, body shape or ability. You don’t have to be flexible to practice the style of yoga I teach. I offer modifications, options, including props/chairs, and stages making it a very safe and accessible form of yoga. I will empower you to take your own journey as I guide you through a process of self inquiry that will support and assist you to explore the deep layers of your being. My yoga classes are focused on “innercise” and mental health and well being, rather than exercise or fitness based.

As the winter weather arrives join us at 6pm for an online class from the warmth and comfort of your own home. 🙏🏼
