Notice your breathe, the inhale and exhale,
Silently affirm to yourself;

💗 May I be happy.
💗 May I be healthy
💗 May I be safe
💗 May I be at ease.

Then, extend the same wishes to loved ones, strangers, and even those you find difficult.

This simple practice nurtures compassion, softens the heart, and builds a sense of connection with the world. ✨
