This Dru Yoga & Meditation class starts with gentle body movements and stretches to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. This is followed by breath awareness exercises to calm the mind and settle into a relaxed state.
The class then guides participants through stages of mindfulness and focused awareness, often using visualisations, affirmations, or energy-based techniques to deepen the meditative experience. Sessions frequently include short periods of silent meditation, finishing with relaxation or meditation to leave you feeling peaceful, centred, and re-energised.
No prior yoga or meditation experience required.
