Escape the hustle and reconnect with nature at this 2 night yoga in nature retreat, designed to blend luxurious comfort with soul-nourishing experiences, set against the tranquil backdrop of pristine lakes and olive groves at Olio Bello Lakeside Glamping. Retreat to the olive groves, where time stands still!

Cowaramup was named by the Wardandi people and means ‘Place of the Cowara’ – a purple crowned lorikeet that once inhabited the area. The lake at Olio Bello viewed from above is heart shaped which makes it a perfect location to practice Dru Yoga, known as “Yoga of the Heart”, which is best experienced outdoors grounded on the earth and connected with nature all around.

This retreat offers you the perfect balance of restful luxury and grounding practices. Through yoga, meditation, and relaxation, reconnect with yourself and nature, fostering inner peace and clarity. The yoga and meditation offered are suitable for every ‘body’ and will leave you feeling grounded, calm and connected to nature, others and yourself. This retreat into nature will balance offerings of yoga, good food and company as well as personal time for an afternoon siesta or swim down the beach.

Please note all yoga sessions will be done outdoors in nature, overlooking the lake, in the olive grove, down the beach and under the stars, there is no indoor yoga space. Please bring yoga mats that can get a bit earthy and clothing to suit the weather. The schedule will be flexible to work with the weather conditions and potentially located off site if inclement weather is forecast.

While at the retreat visit the Olio Bello Cafe and Farm Shop to sample gourmet farm produce, beauty and wellness products. A 10% VIP discount applies for all purchases during your stay. You can even book in advance a private facial or massage using Olio Bello’s organic beauty and skincare products for the Saturday afternoon. (booked and paid separately)

Cost includes 2 nights accommodation, yoga/meditation sessions, welcome gift on arrival, daily breakfast basket, lunch Saturday and dinner Friday and Saturday evenings.

On booking an invoice will be issued and a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment plans can be arranged however full payment must be finalised by 5 December 2025. After this date no refund is available however the booking can be transferred to another person by contacting the organiser to arrange.

The moon phase for this retreat will be a waning crescent moon perfect to resting and recuperating. Surrender to the universe and use this time to heal and relax.

A time to prepare for a new cycle! Nurturing your mind and body before the the next cycle begins. It marks the transition towards the new moon, a fresh start and a time for planting seeds of intention.

It should also be a perfect time for mindfulness meditation under the stars, opening up to the cosmos. The best time to go stargazing is the days before, during and soon after each new moon, when there is no moon in the sky. During these times, there is no bright moon to wash out the light from fainter stars.
