Bhumi Flow Quote

This week we practice “Bhumi Flow” bringing in the the flow of the Earth sequence and strength of Warrior postures. Bhumi in Hindu is the personification of Mother Earth.

All classes are now at The Yoga Collab studio in Bunbury and places are limited to a maximum of 12 in all classes so please book your place on the website.
