I am officially on a 5 week break! Classes recommence from Thursday 5 October. I hope that, like I will be, you can get outside and do some Dru Yoga practice in nature with spring in the air. I have nearly completed a Dru Breath Coach course to compliment my Dru Yoga and Meditation. There are so many benefits of breath work or pranayama.

I am keen to get a group workshop going in October and November for 5 weeks. I can also offer a FREE 30 minute discovery session and 4 week coaching packages.
