This gentle Dru Yoga class begins with activations to warm up the joints and release stiffness. Flowing Energy Block Release sequences, which can be adapted for the chair, incorporate soft stretches, spinal twists, and upper-body movements to improve flexibility and circulation.
Simple standing postures and sequences are offered with the option to use a chair for support or to assist getting up and down off the mat. Dru Yoga classes bring in flowing, graceful movements that link breath and motion into fluid sequences designed to release tension, enhance energy flow and promote a sense of calm.
The class concludes with a guided deep relaxation or short seated meditation, which can be done seated in a chair if preferred, leaving participants feeling calm, refreshed, and energised.
No prior yoga experience required.
