Venue: The Yoga Collab Studio, Level 1, 123 Spencer St (Bunbury Plaza)
This weekly class features gentle activation movements to warm up the body and release tension. This flows into an Energy Block Release sequence, which combines soft stretching, twisting, and flowing postures to free up energy and improve mobility.
The session then moves into classic yoga postures and sequences, including backbends, forward bends, and standing balances, all performed in a smooth, flowing style. Breathing practices and visualisations are woven throughout the class.
The class ends with a deep relaxation and/or short meditation to leave you feeling calm, centred, and energised.
No prior yoga experience required.
