I believe we can all cultivate more equanimity in our daily lives through mind body practices such as yoga, breath work and meditation. The aim of my yoga and meditation classes remains simple, to help relieve the stresses, pressures and anxiety of every day living. Dru Yoga and Meditation is. subtle, yet transformational, based on flowing movements, breath work and concentration practices. With its foundations set in ancient yogic tradition it works on all layers of your being or the koshas – body, mind and spirit. It also works with the chakras and the prana vayus. My classes aim to leave you feeling positive, deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

There are many different types of yoga and meditation, try the Dru difference! Many people appreciate my yoga classes because anyone can do it, regardless of age, body shape or ability. You don’t have to be flexible to practice the style of yoga I teach. I offer modifications, options, including props/chairs, and stages making it a very safe and accessible form of yoga. I will empower you to take your own journey as I guide you through a process of self inquiry that will support and assist you to explore the deep layers of your being. My classes are focused on “innercise” and mental health and well being, rather than exercise or fitness based. My classes are a kriya-based meditation and offer powerful tools and techniques to bring equanimity as well as the potential to transform your life.
